HIH Lord Admiral Joseph Kennedy, Count of Greater Richmond, has been Prime Minister of Austenasia since 4 March 2015. 

Joseph Kennedy was born in the southern United States in a working-class family. He first became involved in the world of small nations when he founded the Federal Republic of Montania in 2013, which later joined the Confederation of Saint Luke and Amager. After the collapse of the Confederation, he was one of the founders of the Ashukov Federation, going on to serve at various times as its President, Foreign Minister, and Supreme Judge.

In 2013, Kennedy became the Governing Commissioner of New Richmond, overseeing its expansion and eventual attainment of Town status the following year. He joined the House of Representatives in service of New Richmond in September 2014. On Independence Day that year, he was made a Caesar and the Emperor's deputy over all Austenasian Crown Dependencies in North America. He was unanimously confirmed a Representative in the 2013 local election, after which he became Chancellor.

In Parliament, there has been no greater advocate for democratic rule and good government than Lord Joseph. He sponsored the act that created the Speaker of the House of Representatives to provide an accountable moderating power in debating and voting, and was an advocate of more pragmatic Treasury organisation from early in his service as Chancellor.

Today, he strives to fairly serve all Austenasians without respect to location, language, or ideology. He loves the Emperor and the Empire, and has dedicated himself to the pursuit of a greater future for Austenasia.
